The Blackwell & Co. Story
We are four generations of farmers from Essex who opened a butcher’s shop 34 years ago. We then expanded to launch a wholesale business, with the vision of becoming a premier supplier to chefs. After finding success in London, we set out to create our own line of sausages, bacon, gammon, ham, and salami, with the goal of offering this exceptional produce worldwide.
The idea behind Blackwell & Co. Delicatessen is to make our high-quality, innovative product range available directly to consumers’ doorsteps. Quality and animal welfare remain our top priority as well as pushing the boundaries of taste and variety.

Provenance & Sustainability
Provenance, sustainability and traceability are central to our ethos. All of our suppliers adhere to the highest welfare standards.
Each year, in partnership with Dingley Dell Pork, we feed 1 million bumblebees, helping to plant hundreds of thousands of grass and wildflower seeds, supporting and enhancing wildlife diversity across the farm.
